The Party Pact is a two part health promotion initiative designed to help start conversations between parents and kids - (particularly teenagers) about drinking, substance use, house rules and parental expectations about safe, well-planned parties in the family home.
Another part of Party Pact involves using the Police Services across Grey and Bruce Counties. The Police Authorization to Enter Dwelling form is an agreement that parents can sign and leave at Police Services before departing on their vacation. The Police Authorization to Enter Dwelling form allows Police to enter the Parent's home in the event of a "party gone wrong".
